Kayelee Coughlin was awarded 3rd place in the State for Certificate III in Shopfitting at Interior Fitout Association NSW Apprentice Awards 2025. These awards recognise apprentices who demonstrate exceptional skill, dedication, and commitment, highlighting their contributions to the building and construction industry.
Reflecting on her achievement, Kayelee shared, “The onsite practical experience I’ve gained during my apprenticeship at Rintoul has directly contributed to my TAFE work, ultimately leading to this award.”
Kayelee uses innovative CAD/CAM 3D design software that fully links the office to the factory floor. Rintoul uses the latest Computer Numerical Control machines to ensure every detail is seamlessly integrated into each project.
Over the past 10 years, 31 Master Builders Apprentices have successfully completed their apprenticeships with Rintoul.
