We are excited to share the successful completion of the expansion of AirTrunk’s state-of-the-art global headquarters in North Sydney by our Rintoul team. Spanning two floors, the project involved combining and re-fitting an existing AirTrunk level and warm shell base-build tenancy.
In collaboration with our trade partners, the project was delivered under a D&C framework with Rintoul managing the architectural design finalisation, service packages, structural modification, and new inter tenancy stair.
Rintoul’s joinery and site teams supported the overall management by self-delivering the joinery, wall panel, and builder’s work packages highlighting our expertise in complete fitout and joinery solutions. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, underscoring our commitment to excellence.
