The project involved fitting out two floors by combining and re-fitting an existing client level and warm shell base-build tenancy. Managed under a design and construct framework, Rintoul led architectural design finalisation, service package coordination, structural modifications, and construction of a new intertenancy stair. All joinery, wall paneling, and builder’s work packages were managed and supplied by Rintoul.
